1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your Grand Tempered arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement, provided you notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect product, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse by the customer.
2. Refund Process

- Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.
- Ship the Product: Return the product to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the RMA. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Shipping Costs
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
4. Non-Delivered Orders
- If your Grand Tempered is not delivered due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect address provided by us), we will issue a full refund or reship the product at no additional cost.
- If non-delivery is due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
